Our Bullnosed Pine Stair Treads are crafted from solid joinery-grade timber, offering enhanced stability and cost efficiency. Laminated construction reduces the risk of twisting, cupping, splits, and shakes, while also eliminating the need for additional sanding and planning.
Made from 45mm edge-glued lamellas, kiln-dried to 8-10% moisture, and sanded to a 120-grit finish, these A/B Grade treads feature only healthy knots, with no black or fallen knots allowed. Bullnosed treads can also be used as attractive window boards.
We also supply direct container or truck volumes of pre-primed softwoods for handrails, base rails, newel posts, spindles, and stringers. Custom orders for laminated newel posts, stringers, and treads are available upon request.

These goods are kiln dried joinery boards and cannot be left outside or uncovered at anytime until treated. Recommended for internal use only. In high-moisture areas like kitchens and bathrooms, panels should be sealed and treated as soon as possible to ensure longevity and stability.
